• Guests under the age of 18.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior.

• Harassment or unwanted behavior toward guests or crew.

• Excessive intoxication that affects other guests.

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances.

• Smoking or vaping outside designated smoking areas.

• Dangerous or reckless behavior, including climbing railings or entering restricted areas.

• Loud music or excessive noise in stateroom hallways after quiet hours.

• Bringing weapons or hazardous items onboard.

• Commercial photography or filming without authorization.

• Feeding wildlife during shore excursions.

• Removing ship property or decorations from public areas.

Guest Conduct

Anyone who violates these policies may be removed from activities, confined to their stateroom, denied boarding, or disembarked at the next port without refund, depending on the severity of the violation.

To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and respectful experience, the following policies apply while visiting ports of call during this adults-only sailing.

Age Requirement

• All guests participating in shore visits must be 18 years of age or older.

Guest Conduct Ashore

Guests are expected to:

• Respect local laws and customs.

• Treat local residents, tour operators, and fellow guests with courtesy.

• Follow instructions from L Ships Line staff and approved excursion operators.

• Return to the ship before the published All Aboard time.

Alcohol

• Guests may consume alcoholic beverages responsibly while ashore where permitted by local law.

• Guests who return to the ship heavily intoxicated or causing a disturbance may be denied boarding until evaluated by ship security or medical staff.

Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted during L Ships Line shore excursions:

• Illegal drug use or possession.

• Harassment, threatening behavior, or violence.

• Vandalism or damage to property.

• Entering restricted or unsafe areas.

• Removing wildlife, coral, shells, or protected natural items where prohibited by local regulations.

• Bringing prohibited or illegal items back on board.

Returning to the Ship

• Guests are responsible for returning to the ship before the scheduled departure time.

• L Ships Line cannot delay departure for late-returning guests except where required by law or for official L Ships Line excursions.
