Guest Conduct Policy

At L Ships International, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for every guest and crew member. By sailing with us, all guests agree to follow this Guest Conduct Policy throughout their cruise.

Respect for Others

Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, crew members, and ship personnel with courtesy and respect at all times. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Safety Onboard

For everyone's safety, guests must follow all shipboard rules, emergency procedures, and crew instructions. Tampering with safety equipment, entering restricted areas, climbing railings, or engaging in unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

Illegal Activities

L Ships International has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities. The possession or use of illegal drugs, weapons, or participation in unlawful conduct may result in immediate removal from the ship and notification of local authorities.

Alcohol Policy

Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication, supplying alcohol to underage guests, or behavior that endangers others may result in restrictions or removal from the vessel.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside staterooms, on private balconies, or in non-designated areas is prohibited and may result in cleaning fees or additional penalties.

Dress Code

Appropriate attire is required in all public areas. Swimwear should be limited to pool areas, and shirts and footwear are required in restaurants, theaters, and indoor venues.

Public Behavior

Running in public areas, excessive noise, fighting, vandalism, throwing objects overboard, or damaging ship property is prohibited.

Children and Minors

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Children must follow all ship rules and may only participate in age-appropriate activities where applicable.

Environmental Responsibility

Guests are expected to help protect the oceans by disposing of waste properly and respecting marine environments. Throwing any items overboard is strictly prohibited.

Photography and Privacy

Please respect the privacy of other guests and crew. Photography or video recording in restricted areas or in a manner that invades another person's privacy is not permitted.

Medical Emergencies

Guests experiencing illness or injury should notify the ship's Medical Center immediately. Failure to report contagious illnesses may result in additional health precautions.

Compliance

Failure to comply with this Guest Conduct Policy may result in denied boarding, removal from the ship without refund, restrictions on onboard privileges, or future travel restrictions with L Ships International.
