Health & Travel Agreement

By booking and boarding an LShips Cruise Line vessel, all passengers acknowledge and agree to the following health and travel conditions:

1. Health Responsibility

Passengers confirm that they are medically fit to travel and participate in cruise activities. It is the passenger’s responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to travel if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or concerns.

2. Illness & Medical Disclosure

Passengers agree to disclose any known contagious illnesses, recent exposure to communicable diseases, or symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or respiratory issues prior to boarding. LShips Cruise Line reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger deemed a health risk to others.

3. Medical Care Onboard

Medical facilities and staff onboard are limited and may not be equivalent to onshore medical services. Passengers acknowledge that medical treatment may incur additional charges and that evacuation or advanced care may require transfer to onshore facilities at the passenger’s expense.

4. Compliance With Health Protocols

Passengers agree to comply with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols established by LShips Cruise Line, including but not limited to screenings, isolation requirements, or emergency health measures.

5. Assumption of Risk

Cruise travel involves inherent health risks, including exposure to illness. By traveling with LShips Cruise Line, passengers voluntarily assume all such risks and agree not to hold the company liable for illness, injury, or related complications except where required by law.

6. Travel Insurance

Passengers are strongly encouraged to obtain travel and medical insurance covering illness, injury, evacuation, and trip interruption.

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By boarding the vessel, passengers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Health & Travel Agreement.
